Our commitment
TimeDoc Health wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control or keyboard-only navigation. We work to make the website accessible and to keep improving it.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) set out how to make web content more accessible. They define three levels of conformance: A, AA and AAA. Our goal is WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the standard. The known issues are listed below.
What we have done
- Every page has a clear title, one main heading and labeled regions (header, navigation, main content and footer), and declares its language, so screen readers can announce and navigate it.
- Images that carry information have text alternatives. Decorative images and icons are hidden from screen readers.
- Links, buttons, filters and cards can be used with a keyboard, and show a visible outline when they have keyboard focus.
- Team member biographies open in a dialog that keeps keyboard focus inside it, closes with the Escape key, and returns focus to where you were.
- Links that open in a new tab, such as team members’ LinkedIn profiles, say so to screen reader users.
- The background video on the home page has a pause button. It does not play on phones, or for visitors who have asked their device to reduce motion. Other animations, such as counting numbers and hover effects, are also turned off for those visitors.
- The resources search and filters have labels, announce the number of results to screen readers, and work without JavaScript.
- Pages adapt to small screens and zoomed-in views without needing to scroll sideways.
- Tables use header cells, so screen readers can relate each cell to its row and column.
Content from other providers
Some parts of the website use content or services from other companies, such as our contact form and links to LinkedIn. We choose providers that support accessibility, but we cannot fully control the accessibility of their content.

This website is designed to work with the current versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on desktop and mobile, and with the assistive technology that supports them. It is not designed for older browsers such as Internet Explorer.
Technical specifications
The accessibility of this website relies on HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS and JavaScript working with your browser and any assistive technology you use.
