As Chief Executive Officer of TimeDoc Health, Aqil Chishty brings a proven track record of scaling tech-enabled clinical services alongside health systems and private equity partners. Aqil joined TimeDoc after serving as President and Chief Operating Officer of WoundTech, where he led operations, finance, and growth initiatives to expand access to home-based care while strengthening unit economics and operational discipline.

Throughout his career, Aqil has specialized in executing long-term value creation strategies within complex, highly regulated healthcare environments. He is known for leveraging artificial intelligence and automation to drive efficiency without compromising clinical integrity. Aqil holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston. He operates on the belief that technology should support, not replace, the vital connection between patients and their care teams.

Jeremy is a seasoned growth leader in healthcare services for payers and providers, adept at driving transformative change to enhance value and accessibility in care. With a rich background spanning leadership roles at Everly Health, National Seating & Mobility, Matrix Medical Network, and Healthways, he is committed to nurturing leaders and fostering teams grounded in the belief that building strong relationships propels success.

Ibrahim A. Moiz serves as Chief Compliance Officer and Outside General Counsel at TimeDoc Health, where he leads the company’s legal, regulatory, and compliance strategy. With more than 15 years of experience advising healthcare and technology organizations, Ibrahim ensures that TimeDoc operates with integrity and in alignment with evolving industry regulations.

We are excited to welcome Dr. Fauzia Khan, MD to TimeDoc Health as our new Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Khan brings decades of experience at the intersection of clinical practice, informatics, and population health strategy.

A recognized leader in leveraging data to drive better patient outcomes, Dr. Khan has deep expertise in algorithm design, knowledge engineering, and diagnostic decision support. She is the author and editor of The Guide to Diagnostic Medicine (Lippincott Williams & Wilkins), a foundational text in the field.

Prior to joining TimeDoc Health, Dr. Khan served as an attending physician and Program Director of Informatics in the Department of Pathology at UMass Memorial Health Center, as well as Director of the Clinical Pathology Residency Program at UMass Medical School. Most recently, she played a pivotal role at Persivia, where she focused on using advanced data analytics to support value-based care.

As CMO, Dr. Khan will help shape the future of virtual care management at TimeDoc Health—guiding clinical innovation, quality initiatives, and strategic direction to help us deliver better outcomes for the patients and providers we serve.

Mathew (MJ) is a technology leader who believes technology exists for business outcomes. His focus is on building systems — and teams — that are resilient, scalable, and provide the best experience for everyone involved. He measures success by whether business goals are met, his partners are happy, and his team grows and wins together.

Prior to joining TimeDoc Health, Mathew held leadership positions in Healthcare, Retail, and Consulting.

Alyson is a seasoned healthcare leader with extensive experience in driving operational performance, process improvement, and strategic growth initiatives across complex healthcare organizations. With deep expertise in operations, she brings a collaborative, results-driven approach to leadership, with a proven track record of fostering high-performing teams, increasing productivity, and improving patient outcomes. Her strategic oversight has been instrumental in enhancing organizational efficiency and scaling organizations. Prior to joining TimeDoc, Alyson has held leadership positions at Independent Physician Group, Woundtech, GenesisCare, and 21^st Century Oncology/South Florida Radiation Oncology.

David is an experienced finance leader with significant background supporting growth and transitions at software and professional services organizations undergoing massive change. Through cross functional partnership he has helped bring data driven insight and analytics to the forefront helping optimize operational and financial performance. Before TimeDoc, David led global finance teams at MModal, AQuity Solutions, and IKS Health.

Ruchi Jalla is a senior HR executive with nearly 20 years of international experience building scalable people systems that drive growth, strengthen culture, and enable organizational effectiveness. As Vice President of Human Resources at TimeDoc Health, she leads enterprise people strategy across talent acquisition, organizational design, total rewards, performance management, and HR infrastructure modernization.

Ruchi partners closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to strengthen alignment between business strategy and workforce planning, modernize core people processes, and enhance clarity and accountability across the organization. Her work focuses on building practical, data-informed systems that improve employee experience while supporting operational discipline and long-term sustainability.

With nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare, Kristen brings a deep background in home health sales, CMS program management (BPCIA & ACO) from her time at Signify Health, and CRM and market insights across the care continuum from Trella Health. She is passionate about client success and committed to optimizing outcomes through strong relationships and meaningful collaboration.

Kristen thrives in cross-functional environments, helping teams influence product development and scale service delivery. At TimeDoc Health, she’s focused on enhancing the client experience and driving measurable results across our partnerships.

Outside of work, Kristen enjoys spending time with her family, caring for her pets and plants, reading, cooking, and staying active.

Brandon Wilson is a top-performing healthcare sales leader with more than a decade of experience across health systems, medical device, and virtual care. As Enterprise Growth Director at TimeDoc Health, he partners with enterprise provider organizations to scale chronic care management and remote patient monitoring initiatives that extend care beyond the clinic walls. Recognized nationally for consistently exceeding quota and growing strategic IDN and GPO accounts, Brandon brings a results-oriented, solutions-driven mindset to advancing virtual care.

Christopher brings a clinician’s perspective and a passion for patient-centered care to his role as Director of Care Operations at TimeDoc Health. With a career rooted in hands-on clinical work and operational leadership, he understands the critical role virtual care plays in supporting patients during their most vulnerable moments.

Karen is results driven operations leader with over 20 years of experience building, analyzing and transforming business processes to support strategic organizational goals. Prior to TimeDoc, Karen spent 16 years in the LTCi space focused on improving the aging experience for older adults and their families.

Cort Fournier is a distinguished product and engineering professional, renowned for being business-focused, strategy-leading, and customer-centric. With profound expertise in process and project management, Cort effectively leads cross-functional teams from problem discovery to solution delivery, fostering continuous learning and innovation. Cort’s big-picture perspective ensures that daily achievements drive strategic goals, meeting business needs, amplifying customer voices, and serving communities in need.

Camille brings a powerful combination of over 10 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and a strategic operational vision to her role as the Sr. Clinical Strategy Program Manager. With a career rooted in hands-on clinical work and leadership in virtual care, she has an unparalleled understanding of the critical steps required to translate complex clinical workflows into scalable, high-quality operations.

She holds a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics, which she leverages to lead with strategy and a focus on operational excellence. She spearheads the deployment of virtual care technologies, establishes high-reliability clinical frameworks, and utilizes data to drive measurable operational efficiencies and enhance care quality for partners and their patients. She is passionate about advancing the mission and growth of virtual care, contributing her extensive experience to the team.

Raman leads the software engineering and quality assurance teams at TimeDoc Health. With extensive experience in software development and a progression through engineering roles within the company, he now focuses on guiding his teams to deliver high-quality solutions. He is dedicated to fostering a collaborative environment, mentoring engineers, and driving technical excellence in project execution.

With over 20 years of experience, Gina is a Master of Science in Nursing with specializations as a Family Nurse Practitioner and in Public Health Nursing. Her background includes surgical experience as a Registered Nurse First Assistant for Orthopedic and Spine surgeries.

Most recently, as Director of Care Coordination, she led the development and oversight of Remote Patient Monitoring, Chronic Care Management, and Transitional Care Management services for an ACO, building and leading a large, 24/7 interdisciplinary team across three time zones, including offshore support. She was instrumental in developing a specialized AI-generated platform for KPI reporting and billing and provided comprehensive training and management to large-scale teams.

She previously held numerous Clinical Director positions in home care, hospice, and VA health, encompassing program and staff development, complex care management, JCAHO accreditation, budget and compliance, and served as a Regional Director for a California Medicare Advantage Plan Special Needs Program.

Lakisha McComb is a seasoned healthcare operations leader with more than 25 years of experience driving operational excellence, improving customer and patient experiences, and leading high-performing teams. Her expertise spans healthcare administration, Medicare and Medicaid operations, enrollment, contact center management, process improvement, and regulatory compliance. Known for her strategic yet people-centered leadership style, Lakisha has successfully developed scalable processes, strengthened performance, and led complex operations across diverse healthcare environments. She is passionate about building strong teams, creating efficient operations, and delivering meaningful results for both organizations and the communities they serve. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology.

Abbahgail Sheline is an experienced healthcare professional and clinical leader with a background spanning medical assisting, patient care, chronic care management, remote patient monitoring, and clinical team leadership. She began her healthcare career as a Certified Medical Assistant, gaining hands-on experience in urgent care, rheumatology, and a Level 1 trauma center, where she developed a strong foundation in clinical care, patient advocacy, and healthcare operations.

Since joining TimeDoc Health in 2021, Abbahgail has progressed from Chronic Care Coordinator and Team Captain to Senior Clinical Team Lead with a focus on Client Success. In her current role, she leads clinical teams, mentors and develops Team Leads, improves workflows, supports organizational change, and oversees quality, productivity, and patient experience.

Known for her leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and commitment to patient-centered care, Abbahgail combines clinical knowledge with operational expertise to improve both patient outcomes and team performance. She holds an Associate of Applied Science with a focus in Medical Assisting from Trident Technical College and has received the TimeDoc Health Leadership Excellence Award.
